I've got some burnt C8050, C8550 & C9014 controlling a DC motor. The problem is that I can't find them anywhere. Does any of you know some replacements for it or where I could buy them cheap in Canada?
Also, it looks like only the 8050 has something.

I was searching for the same thing. I came across your old message.
The C8050 and C8550 are an Indian company's, (usha.com), version of Fairchild Semiconductor's SS8050 and SS8550. Spec sheets are available from either manufacturer. I'm sure that either DigiKey or Mouser has them. |
