Hi All,
does anyone know where I can lay my hands on some 25V 100uF Panasonic FC electrolytics?? All my usual stockists have none -- I suspect they are being phased out. Thanks in advance!! Jon |

Digikey (www.digikey.com) has over 125,000 in stock
Go to Panasonic component group's web site and see if the FC series is going away.

Many thanks for the replies.
Farnell and RS showed no stock when I looked last night. I'll give Digikey a punt -- I don't need more than 124,999 pieces! Cheers Jon

Oh, and my comment on phasing out was based on a "discontinued when supplies exhausted" label. Might have been at Rapid Electronics - looked last night. Perhaps only that supplier was no longer going to hold them?
Anyway, disregard that comment - I don't want to set any hares running with my unsubstantiated observations!!! Cheers Jon |

Thanks to all!
I found the parts at RS. I can't think why they weren't showing when I looked earlier!! Cheers Jon

Farnell stock (and currently have) the 120uf in 25V, which I guess is usually near enough. If the extra 3.8mm height doesn't get in the way...

That's the trouble with being a diyAudio noob. I don't know if the extra 20% capacitance would have a significant effect on the trons.
I got the right ones today - tomorrow is going to see the CDP back together - hope it works!! Cheers Jon
