Does anyone recognze this 8dil IC?
I want to replace it with some other more modern bargraphdriver but i dont know how the 267works. Anyone have any old datasheets or an old catalogue where the pins are marked? Please... |

Use LM3915...
This is in no way a replacement part, but you can assemble a ckt from this and make the LEDs work. This will need little struggling, and wiring Best of Luck. _____________________________ Gajanan |

The TFK U267 was made in the eighties and the IC Master lists it in the group 'Bargraph LED' and you say there are 8 pins. You can easily trace the pins.
Desoder and remove the ic and find its supply pins. That eliminates two pins. If the IC drives 5 LEDs, then finding the input pin should not be a problem. _______----------______------__--------__--__--_-_--__-- Gajanan |
