Does anyone recognze this 8dil IC?

I want to replace it with some other more modern bargraphdriver but i dont know how the 267works.

Anyone have any old datasheets or an old catalogue where the pins are marked? Please...

Use LM3915...
This is in no way a replacement part, but you can assemble a ckt from this and make the LEDs work. This will need little struggling, and wiring

Best of Luck.

The TFK U267 was made in the eighties and the IC Master lists it in the group 'Bargraph LED' and you say there are 8 pins. You can easily trace the pins.
Desoder and remove the ic and find its supply pins.
That eliminates two pins.
If the IC drives 5 LEDs, then finding the input pin should not be a problem.
