2SC1819M - help me find manufacturer and datasheet

I have in my hands few BJT 2SC1819M, lacking any other info.
I think they should have been manufactured from Panasonic/Matsushita,
sort of down-grading of the original 2SC1819 (lower Ft, I believe).
It seems very hard to find any reference over the web.
Anyone has some better documentation source, may be some datasheet too?

Best I could find is here but it doesn't give a ton of information, you have to scroll down to the bottom of page 36.

Or NTE says it's replacement is a NTE376 look here
