I am a new member , I would appreciate help from you all , I am trying to repair a switching power supply of a Barco tuner , itthere is a Philips part which I believe to be switching power transistor , it is with the following
words on it surface Philips ON4046 F9007 It is controlled by TDA4601 . Can anyone help me to find out what this ON4046 is , I need a replacement or substitute . Thanks in advance |

this part croses to ( i believe a ecg2300) unable to find nte cross
npn xistor Houtput vcbo =1500,vceo=700, vebo=6 ,ic max =8 ,max watts = 125 . I am pretty sure these are the perameters however I am using a old ecg manual http://www.donberg-electronics.com/warehs/groupsn.htm Jeff |
