Exclamation I Need A Pot Desperately!!!!

Hello all,

I have designed a portable amp which has a volume pot that I can no longer get from my current vendor, and need to get my hands on it desperately. If anyone can help me find a distributor for this pot I would GREATLY appreciate it.

The specs are as follows:
10K Potentiometer with SPST Switch.
PC Mount
1/2 watt. 10K Audio Taper.
Mounts in a 9/32" hole.
1/2" x 1/4" round shaft.
With mounting hardware.
(Stock #: PT41)

If you want to see what it looks like, you can see it at:
http://www.smcelectronics.com/POT.HTM

It is about half way down the page.

If not, can anyone recommend a place where I can get my hands on a pot with a similar footprint?? Otherwise I have to redesign the PCB.

Thanks,
N

btw, I think it is made by NOBLE, and the numbers located on the side of the pot are:

15C10K and 9634

Thanks again,
N

Default Catalogs come to mind,

You'll need to search for the replacement, but try:
www.newark.com
www.alliedelec.com
www.powell.com

I'd believe Newark has something close enough.

Good luck,
GH

I have checked all of the above links with no success. Thanks so much for posting, but my search continues.

At this point I would settle for anything with a "similar" footprint.

Thanks,
N

Default Its probably an easy find,

The only thing I would do is check the other industrial suppliers. Someone should have something or have a non-oem replacement.
