I recently made a bulk (50) purchase of 2sd669s and 2sb649s since the price seemed good. Some of them have a fully ecapsulated plastic package, i.e., the collector plate/sink is not exposed on the back like all others I've seen. They are marked with a Hitachi logo. I don't see this package variation on the datasheets.
Is anyone familiar with this configuration? Any chance these are fake? I've been burn by fake power transistors but wouldn't think anyone would bother with these -- still I'm suspicious. |
