Default Which e-mail address do you use when requesting samples from National?

I can't get samples from National with my e-mail address at school. With hotmail I would have to pay for delievery, and I'm a poor student.

If you can get samples from them, please post your e-mail server (@somewhere.com). Is there anyone in Norway that are getting free samples?

I would like some samples of the LM4780, and they don't sell them here in Norway yet.

Thanks for helping.

It's smart to have a non-free domain name in your email. Hotmail, Yahoo etc. not good

If you have internet at home, use your ISP's email, or father's or mother's at work.

I've tried my student address also, but no luck there either (@tn.stud.his.no) I live in a student apartment, and we have free internet. I don't have an e-mail address there.

why don't you just send an email to their customer service reps. i have found them pretty helpful in the past, and they are certainly interested in getting students to implement their devices in design.

I've e-mailed the distributor in Norway, and even told about the project in detail, but never got a response.

there's a link for Europe. A LM4780 can't be more than a pack of cigarettes over there in Strasbourg -- how impoverished are students in Europe?

The problem is not the price, but the availability. I couldn't find any 3875 in strasbourg. I used 7294s instead, even if they are 13€ here (someone who smokes could nearly buy 3 cigarettes packs with that)

I sell these from my webstore -- mostly as a convenience to fellow DIYr's and will ship via USPS Global Priority Mail -- you need a PayPal account, however. I don't try to plug the store on DIYAUDIO as it seems to be a violation of the rules.

Cig's are around $7/pk in NY, about $5/pk in NJ -- thus there is cross-border duty evasive trading !
