Yamaha RX-V 2700 Random Power Failure

I had a random power failure on this unit. After turning ON, it would do what it supposed to do. When turned OFF it would not Power up. A day later it would Power up when turned ON from the wall plug. After doing a bit of research as an engineer, I decided to open up and check the Power connection card at the back. There are 3 capacitors on this card and looked for C4. These Capacitors are normally Reddish Brown. The C4 capacitor was pink and I removed and measured. It measured 9nf where it should read 22nf. I bought a new from Jaycar (cost 0.80c) and installed. That fixed the problem. The capacitor is 630v-22.3nf. This post is for anyone's information only. If you are not familiar with the electrical stuff, suggest you see a technician. Good luck.
