Digikey has at least one in the size you are looking for rated at 35v. Not much if any selection for bi polar electrolytic caps at higher voltages to be had anywhere I know of. You and use two caps (twice the size) back to back (in series + to -)to make a bipolar of any size you need. Would be more expensive and take more space, but it is a way to do what you want.

You can get 220uF @100V, so put 5 in parallel to get 1100uF @100V.

Back to back is in series. Wire the negative terminals together.
Use the two positive terminals for the circuit connections.
