I want to build a simple flip-flop or latch circuit to control a mains relay with a momentary switch.

I know there are dozens of examples available, here is a common schematic:
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

But I found these items on ebay and Aliexpress that use only 2 components:
1ch 5V Latch Relay Module Flip-Flop Bistable Self-locking Trigger Switch Board | eBay
Buy IO25A01 and get free shipping on AliExpress.com

I ordered one to see what IC it uses as I couldn't see from the photos but unfortunately I still can't identify it.

Can anyone identify it? Or any comments on this considerably more simple design?
