Help identify this relay latch/flip-flop IC?

I want to build a simple flip-flop or latch circuit to control a mains relay with a momentary switch.

I know there are dozens of examples available, here is a common schematic:

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

But I found these items on ebay and Aliexpress that use only 2 components:

I ordered one to see what IC it uses as I couldn't see from the photos but unfortunately I still can't identify it.

Can anyone identify it? Or any comments on this considerably more simple design?

Read off the type number on the chip. Pin1 is positioned bottom left of identity.
Write down the letter/number and google it.

Sure it is! See the third photo? ET001.

I've tried searched for "ET001" "ET001 IC" "ET001 latch" "ET001 flip-flop" etc but no luck.

Well, not listed as an equivalent but it is supplied through China Semiconductors.
Seems to be no information available but may be a dedicated monostable.
