I need some better diodes than standard 1n4005 and 1n4001. I want to use shotky but I don't know which ones because I couldn't find 1A 600V shotky as a replacement for 1n4005. Plese suggest something!

I personally like the CREE schottky diodes. They are available at Tubebuilder.com
