Oddball screws needed

Does anyone know where I might find these screws? They are 1 1/4" long with the top 13/32 across. They don't have to be self drilling. They are the screws used on the face plates of LSR&D Leach Model 101 and 102:

Thanks, yes I know that. I did find some on the bay but they aren't as large across.
