Sorry I took so long. Have been down with bronchitis. Looks like they are mounted from the front. Need to take off faceplate and have a look.

it used to be Radio Shack would have been the definitive source but now you'll have to source it yourself based on original spec's, physical size for mounting and travel etc, value (speaking of which the photo isn't very clear. can you tell us what the markings are?) and wattage rating (likely 1/4 watt)
