Mouser Digikey Thyristors to match discontinued thyristor

Since I somehow shorted my CR6AM-4 thyristors. I have been looking for a replacement.
There is some variations with the current thyristors ive researched.

Old Mistu part specs CR6AM-4
(Datasheet) CR6AM PDF - Mitsubishi : Thyristor (1-page)

Confirmed by manufactures for the follow parts
MCR218-4G LittleFuse - digkey mouser stock
NTE5463 NTE comfirmed , not as easy to get

BT152-600R | NXP, BT152-600R, Thyristor, 650V 13A, 32mA 3-Pin, TO-220AB , thanks Jon for mentioning this part. Even the 450v would be good, not at Mouser or Digikey where i plan to get other items. IF i have to will get them at RSonline here, sure they have no limit on the amount of items i get for free ship

Its for my Technics SU-V9

Q601-604 are to be replaced
