Firefox blocks it due to security certificate issues so I am not able to look. There is one company in China that specializes in the manufacture of obsolete U.S. and European transistors and mosfet types, unfortunately I no longer remember the URL. Their product differs in some significant ways from the parts they are intended to replace.
