Rectifier parameters doubt

What are these rectifier parameters or how to calculate or measure?

dres: Diode effective series resistance
vlaw: Voltage (power) law
vfac: Voltage factor
vpiv: PIV of the rectifier
ipks: Peak current (surge)
ipkr: Peak current (repetitive)

For example attached C3D02060F SIC RECTIFIER 600v 2A datasheet but I can't see these parameters.
