Talking MDF in Bangalore

HI guys
i wanted mdf (thickness abt 1.5") to make a box for my dainty(10") sub which i bought today , particle board would also do , plz let me know if there are shops in bangalore which stock 1.5" boards

You should get it, but if you have a problem you can glue two layers of 20 mm NDF together, like I did for a sub enclosure..

I will be back next week from the US should be able to help you a little more if you can get the MDF.

Most plywood and timber marts will stock these. Check in places like KR Market, Yeswanthpur and Guttahalli (near Seshadripuram). Try brands like Nuwud or Tuffwud. Both are of good quality.

By the way, where did you buy the Dainty sub driver. Right now, I am making a sub with two 8 inch Bolton sub drivers.

i got the drivers from sp road , i thought that joining two boards for a box could cause annoying vibrations fo they??
