PC or USB Oscilloscope

Does anyone here use or can recommend a good PC oscilloscope, USB connection.

Preferably with software that can do spectrum analysis or dual trace and not so expensive?

looks pretty cool, except the 20vpp input, I wonder if you can use standard 10x probes to get more voltage? 200Khz bandwidth isn't that great tho. You'd be better off with a used Tek for the same price, with 50Mhz or 100Mhz bandwith.

Yeah, I wondered if it would work for an audio application, this oscilliscope is manufactured for troubleshooting low voltage electronics. I think they are in stock after mid-april.

$189... and no spectrum analyzer... for that price I agree a used Oscilloscope on ebay will be better. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I've seen the pico USB product, but will cost me $500 to $800... but it includes the spectrum analyzer.

I need the S.A. 'cause I'll be using this for testing audio projects, gear, etc...

I looked in to the Pico once. At that time if you do some web surfing there were a couple of sources that knocked off between US100-200. At least for the 16-bit version.

What do you guys think about this one? Also USB, with spectrum analyzer, but cheaper than the Pico... I also like that it's a tabletop model.

You probably need 16 bit for audio spectrum analysis.

If you are looking at THD, 16 bits lets you measure down to ~.001%-.002% while 8 or 12 bits is more limiting. If you are a low THD+N fanatic you long for a 24 bit scope!
