What would you recommend as a general purpose low power medium voltage bjt.
160v 10mA 20pF
This is to implement two CCS where I could use TTA004B and TTC004B, but this would be overkill, I need less than 10mA.
I will use IR LEDs, do you have a favorite ?
I there a nice tool for searching parts ? I am no good, quickly lost in search engines of digikey or C14.
