blade type fuse holders

I'm looking for chassis mount fuse holders for blade type automotive fuses. They would be mounted on the back panel of a car audio amp. All I can find are inline versions or multi-fuse terminal blocks.

I'll be needing 30-40 amps from the fuse, so PC board types (if they exist) don't really do it. Does anyone have any info on a source?
