Unhappy LOGITECH Z906 SMPS Blown out

LOGITECH Z906 SMPS Blown out, I don't think this PSU can be repaired. Please help me if there is any other way to do. I cannot find a new SMPS.

I don't think I would like another one as it appears there is not even a fuse in the input line and the damage was probably caused by leakage from the swollen capacitor next to the burnt board. Was is CE approved? I wouldn't think so.
It is difficult to avoid this sort of damage if components used are prone to leak. Even with a mains fuse the main smoothing capacitor will hold a large charge but at least the damage will be limited if a mains fuse is employed.
There are many power supplies available. What voltage at what current do you require?
