Well a little correction to the cbu line vce.sat is lower 0.20 , hFE more 590 at 5ma , my dmm shows hFE 618 some even 670 . This i with the BC550CBU .
and temparature inside is abour 19.8 celsius
Maybe i'll post a batch of 100 with the data if somebody is intrested.
