Why not just download it from the cadsoft website like everyone else?

You should be bale to find it easily if you do a google search for "eagle layout editor".

OK, but I don't think you will be able to get anyone to e-mail it to you at the address above, as the file is about 7MB, and hotmail only allows you a total of 2MB of storage, so it would probably just be rejected. If you have a different address, with larger storage capacity, I should be able to send it to you though.
