Post Datasheet help

This free printer has a bunch of interesting bits, and I found datasheets for all but 2 of the transistors.

D837B probably 2SD837

C1685 probably 2SC1685

I am ~not~ interested in paying for them at some website even if I could find them. Does anybody have these data in particular?

Thanks
