I'm looking into building custom in ears using 3D printing. The part I need help on is what balanced armature drivers (combinations etc) are needed to fit inside the resin casing.
My idea - which is quite ambitious - is to replicate the 64 Audio A12s which contain 12 drivers (4 - low, 4 - mid, 4 - highs). I am just unsure of how to go about designing the driver/crossovers etc but am confident all the other bits will come together. I'm looking to source the drivers from Knowles and am waiting on their solution as I gather they ship driver solutions
Any thoughts please let me know so that there are no phase issues etc...
