Hi from Greece! I buy from ebay these capacitors,looks like polyester capacitors,i need to use in my new tube amp project as coupling capacitors. These capacitors looks like polarized,the small line in the body of capacitor looks like strange.How to connect in my circuit? Anyone recognize these capacitors,looks like european made .

Definitely not polarised. I would say it was a film type, maybe polyester or polypropylene or perhaps mylar.

0.47uF 10% 400v DC.
It is a standard non polarized capacitor.

The vertical bar on the capacitor means that the wire at that side is connected to the outside metal film of the capacitor. So if the capacitor is used in circuits where a "hot" and a "cold" side is helpful, than connect that side to the "cold" part.

Philips capacitor. The right side is supposed to be standing against the PCB. Since parts aren't supposed to be installed flush with the PCB (risk of heat damage during wave soldering), it has those small stand-offs "built in". There is no sort of polarity on these.
