Hi !!
I need to know what does this symbol means. Actually I Need to know the purpose of the 4th pin.

I once had a PA amp which had such a control. Turn it to the left and AUX is fed through; to the right, microphones. Not the same as a balance control because the two are never simultaneously present!

Arranged as a normal volume control (one end grounded, other to source, wiper to amp), a small cap (47~1000pF depending on impedance) between CT and source pins is known as a loudness connection. It accounts (crudely :) ) for reduced HF sensitivity in your ears when listening at low volume.
