2N5416\2N3440 Spice models?

Has any one gained to obtain 2N5416\2N3440 Spice models yet?
I know Intusoft and PSpice (Orcad) libraries should contain them. I don’t have either of the sofware packages so if anybody has an access to these, your help would be very much appreciated.
