Spice models of 2sa970 and 2sc2240

Anyone have theese. If there are differences between manufacturers i would like to have the Toshiba versions.

I just had a look into some of the lib files, and especially the models for most of the japanese BJTs, are guesswork at best.

Look at the "VAF=100" everywhere. For quite of a number of BJTs, it seems to me, they were only sorted in "power class" and then the three parameters BF, TF and CJC were inferred from the datasheet.

This is better than nothing, but less anybody knowing of the model parameters' meaning, can do himself.
