Ok, that was quite easy actually.
The DIP16 package seems to broad at first, but I checked it against a part with a DIP16 package that was already in Eagle and the pads are in the same place.

. . . . And then you would know how to do it, and that it was right.
I, unfortunately, have gotten some pretty sketchy Eagle packages from others before. I'm not saying Devil_H@ck goofed his up, but I have gotten goofy ones before. Better to do it yourself and be sure.
