What part is this?

I'm repairing a channel of my amp and I need to replace a semiconductor with the markings B1328. It has three leads coming off of it and it is not attached to a heatsink. What should I search for? The amp is a Denon avr-1400

Probably a 2SB1328 transistor. Should run you under $1.
