Reliable Source for 2SC3423Y and 2SA1360Y form Toshiba?

Hi as the Title says. Does anyone know a good reliable source for those transistors in Europe. I have found Utsource (intl.) but somehow I don't trust them.

Not really, as they are out of production. I feel lucky to get the last amount from Mouser...
