Default Help identifying a chip marked 1429A 8219

Somewhat off-topic, as this is a circuit board from a 1980s quartz clock. I have been trying to find out some more information on the chip and to see if there is a readily available replacement/equivalent.

Click the image to open in full size.

I've tried to google the numbers and searching for quartz oscillators and the like, but haven't found anything with this form factor - there is a HA-1429 that looked promising, but not a match methinks.

Any help would be appreciated.
