Default what is this capacitor

Hi.I found some caps but i do not know what they are.Are they tantalum?(they are about 1.5 grammes each though)
It writes 76F92LD5R0 and 1887426 on it.Thanks in advance.

Try doing some reforming and then check the leakage current.
You could test leakage before reforming, that may give some useful data.

Tantalum do leak more than plastic film.

I don't think so: they look more like Hi-rel Al E-caps, with an epoxy-reinforced end seal.
If you can determine that the case is aluminum, then this is the correct answer

The 7426/7428 part is probably the date code, so 1974.
Nobody has made components in Singapore for a very long time, the factories are next door in the Malaysian Free Trade Zones.
GE=General Electric?
