Found some diodes in an old box, but can't find out (almost) anything about it, but think one of them was intended as an fast rectifier diode in an amplifier.
The bag wasn't marked, but I think (!) the one marked BYV 42 200 was originally used in a rather good amplifier named Doxa, but I am NOT sure. The other one BYT 01-400 I don't know anything about exept the markings on the bag 1.0A 400V 50nS. Could this be an substitute for 1N4004 ?? faster thow... Do any of You know what this is, and if it eventually could be used as rectifier-diodes ???? All the best! Lyra |
