Diode DS332/1 ???

I was told this is a microwave diode. Is it good for something ? Rectifier low current... Forward voltage = 0,42V.

It's most likely a mixer diode for lower microwave bands. Germanium. Similar diodes are 1N21 and 1N23.

150mA warm
200mA very warm
250mA very very warm

Would look cool as a bridge rectifier, maybe 3 paralleled

Lower microwave should be fast as a shark.

You can't use microwave diodes in a rectifier. These diodes have negative resistance in certain parts of their V-I characteristics (oscillator), etc.

Lower microwave should be fast as a shark.

.....blind shark in microwave band noise....you might shut down a satellite transponder....
