I've used them twice in recent projects as the last filtering cap, and they seem to do well. The amps both sound great. Good amount of capacitance for the money, too.

DC link capacitors are made by just about every manufacturer, but the Panasonics seem to be a particularly good value. Country of origin appears to be China, but I doubt that it makes a difference. Panasonic is a huge industrial supplier and anything produced in their factories should be of very high quality.
What is a DC Link Capacitor?
Seems like it is any cap designed for very high ripple current applications - Like for example the FIRST cap in any B+ power supply for tubes.

Note says specifically that they are used in places where "traditionally" an electrolytic would have been used.
