Silly resistor supply question...

I asked Epos for the spec of the resistor required in the crossover of my M12i speakers and I have been told to fit a

2.2ohm 5w metal film resistor

I found these on eBay

But I imagine they are probably crap at 20p each including postage from Hong Kong...

I'm only after two. Where would be a good place to order from in the UK?

I looked on my usual sites and couldn't find 2R2 at 5w in metal film. Would you be happy with wire-wound? I think they would be fine for this application (IMHO), but if you are worried about series inductance there are some non-inductive wire-wound.

10 off 22r 500mW 1% metal film can be assembled into a radial 2r2 5W 1% metal film.

MUCH easier to find than 2r2 metal film 5W.

Solder two plain solid copper as uprights for the ten resistors to be soldered to.

You could place 5 above the PCB and 5 below the PCB, if you have room underneath.
