Celestion 33 - tweeters (again!)

Looking for replacement tweeters for custom Celestion 33 build.

(Original Cabinet did not come with tweeters).

I know the Seas HO737/Seas 19TFFI are recommended for the 8Ohm celestion models, but the 33 uses a 4 Ohm.

Altrnatively, what mods does the crossover need (if any) to take the 8 Ohm?

Hi microdub,

Did you solve your tweeter problem? I'm interested as I have a squeaky tweeter in my 33s. I'd like to keep the Celestion HF1000 originals but they may be hard to find or there is a better alternative at a lesser price.

Have you checked out Falcon acoustics? I used them recently for some x-over parts for my TLS 50's. They specialise in UK speakers. Just a thought.
