Does anybody know where I can buy this gorgous buttons?

The idents are put on by the machine manufacturer and the plain coloured switches are available from RS Components and Farnell etc.
If you only want a few, speak to an amusement machine caterer.

Not exactly the same, check for RIFA. I use the illuminated switches with yellow rectangular cap. The letters are printed with Letraset on the white surface under the cap.
