Normally Open Stereo Jack?

Hello All,
I'm working on a diy bluetooth amp from a board I ordered online. There is a aux jack that I desoldered from the board and I am replacing with a panel mount jack. The jack that the board came with had 4 terminals. I figured that I needed a switching jack for the 4th wire, but it appears that I need a normally open and not a normally closed jack, but these do not seem available anywhere (online or otherwise). When I connect the 4th wire to either + or - the aux jack works, but that wire needs to be disconnected in order for the bluetooth to work (when the plug is removed, I need the 4th wire to disconnect).
I feel like I'm missing something considering the only switching jacks I can find are all normally closed, the opposite of what I am looking for.
I appreciate any help here, as I am fairly new at this.
Thanks!
