It look like resistor. Google "С2-13" - in cyrillichi,
i dont even know if that is a capacitor?,...its looks like a Russian bypass cap placed over big electrolytic capacitors in my amplifier,...could you tell me what that little grey thing can be?
thanks

Google is your friend. Turned up this

So yours are apparently made in 2000 on the 4th of Feb.

Actually mine are SMH series and are coded 0NM05L 14 → 2010, November 13th - Line 05 Lansing ??
I have used those Siemens ones in the past.
The only problem was if on a double sided PCB there was a track running underneath and high voltage involved they could arc from the edge of the stack to the track.
Apart from that and the ends not being insulated they are fine and have low inductance.
I don't see a problem with the board they are shown in there.

the thin 22nF are almost certainly hiK ceramic.
.. and somewhat microphonic.
I still have a few of them in my stock, from 35 years ago. They were cheap junkbox parts even then.
I am analazing the channel circuit on my mixer. There is one of these 22pF capacitors on the first 741 op amp, but I dont know what it does. I am also looking to swap out the 741 for tlo71 as I have read its a safe transition, so I would like to know if it is needed with the new op amps, or if it is worth exchanging.
Thanks
