Default USB audio codec source?

Can anyone tell me if there are any chipsets providing a USB interface, supported by drivers for Windows for audio providing at least a 96kHz ADC sampling rate?
I know that c-media makes some, but I need small quantities and need a data sheet. c-media or VIA do not provide these. Are there any others?
