Default +12v -12v from 7.2Volt

I need a cuircit to get +12v -12v from 7.2Volt.
Maybe there is an IC that kan do this?

thne a simple switcher from NAtional or something would do very well for your job. I suggest you check out their WeBSim tool on the net....
