Elna RE and nippon CE-NUM/NUB

I'm in the process of finding replacement caps for my Marantz PM4 and I'm not to sure about the electrolytic capacitors used in it the last thing i wnat to do is screw this thing up
The First are ELNA they are matte blue and marked RE and are all used to decouple the power rails to ground; I guess they are (were) just good quality reasonably fast caps for when it was made. The rest including the PSU filter caps are all black nippon chemicon marked CE-NUM and a couple marked CE-NUB. Any guidance on what this means or if they are just standard caps would be much appreciated.
