I found a place that has them really cheap, but can't find a PDF or any other info on them. Are they OK for use in audio, either output or SMPS fets?

Pinout looking from the front: G D S Drain and case connected. Replacement part can be IRF1010E. datasheet IRF1010E: http://www.dialelec.com/452.html That's about what I have. /Hugo |

I got a bunch of them myself. Was wondering if anyone has the actual original datasheet on their computer HD.
