Hello All,
I have some BC550's with this logo. I remember that I saw this logo somewhere but can't recognize it. Probably one of the big companies' former logo. Regards. EDIT: Added photo Last edited by terranigma; 29th April 2013 at 09:23 PM. |

150 views but no opinion given yet. Can this be from a Soviet era Eastern Europe semiconductor manufacturing plant? No bad far a 650 Hfe part then.

Thank you guys.
I think the site below can't be matched in logo collecting category: How to identify integrated circuit (chip) manufacturers by their logos - a great resource for How To's from Wikia But no luck.

Put up a closeup of the device?
Also look at the date code and also how the device is marked. I'm going to guess this is a china made device if you can't find a logo anywhere by a normal search.

There is no date mark. There is a "n" just nearby logo. It is probably 20 years old maybe even older. It is hard to find info about East European, Soviet era semiconductor products also. I suspect that my BC500's fall into this category. I'm updating the logo. Last edited by terranigma; 27th April 2013 at 11:30 AM. |

The 'n' is not Cyrillic.
