Default Using H7ET-FBV1 time counter

Greetings everyone.

Sorry for what might seam like a dumb question but, i just got hold of a OMRON H7ET-FBV1 time counter, the guy that gave it to me didn't sayd much of it, just that it is working and that specs can be found on the net, i did found this PDF but i still have no ideea of how can i use the darn thing, so again please excuse the dumb question, but how can it be used? some connection diagram or something might help allot.

Thank you for your time, and all the best.
