I need two heat sinks that will go on either side of a Hammond 8 x 12 x 3 inch chassis box, for building a 4 channel 3886 power amp. Each heat sink must be about 8 inch x 3 inch x 2 inch (vertical fins). Black preferred. I found a place in China that has something close, but then there's the question of duty fees (can't seem to get a definite answer on that). I'm in the U.S. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi Bob, check out HeatsinksUSA in vendor area. I have bought from him 3 times so far for heatsinks for my amps. Been very happy with his products. And he has vertical fin heatsinks and can do custom cuts if you need, HTH.
Oops, try manufacturers area. Last edited by jrockhead; 27th January 2013 at 09:30 PM. Reason: More Cowbell |

Check on RFSupplier. They have a few heat-sinks there with free shipping.
